Total Vacancies:-
The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced a total of 14191 vacancies for Clerk / Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) posts across the country. Out of the total vacancies, 456 vacancies are backlog vacancies. Check state-wise and category-wise vacancy details below.
AGE LIMITS:-
Not below 20 years and not above 28 years, i.e. the candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2004 (both days inclusive).
SBI Clerk Educational Qualifications (31/12/2024):-
Candidate must hold a valid graduation degree (UG) in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificates should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2024.
Note: Candidates who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply for SBI Clerk 2024, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2024.
Selection Process:
There are two Phase of the Selection in SBI JA 2024-25.
- Preliminary Examination (100 Marks)
- Main Examination (200 Marks)

After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit
card/ Internet Banking.
SBI Clerk 2024 Salary & Pay Scale:-
The starting salary of the SBI Clerk is around Rs. 46000 and the pay scale is Rs. 24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480. The starting Basic Pay is Rs.26730/- (Rs.24050/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates).
