Applications are invited for the post of officers in Grade ‘A’ and Grade
‘B’ (General and Specialist Stream) in Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).
Candidates are requested to apply only ON-LINE through Bank’s website www.sidbi.in after
carefully general instructions given in this advertisement. No other means /mode of Application / Printout will be accepted.

AGE Limit:-
For officers in Grade ‘A’:
Not below 21 years and not exceeding 30 years.
(Candidates born not earlier than 08.11.1994 and not later than 09.11.2003 [both days including] are only eligible to apply)
For officers in Grade ‘B’:
Not below 25 years and not exceeding 33 years.
(Candidates born not earlier than 08.11.1991 and not later than 09.11.1999 [both days including] are only eligible to apply)

SIDBI Recruitment 2024 Application Fee:-
The candidates have to pay application fee (Non-Refundable) while filling out their Application Form as per their category.
SIDBI Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:-
A candidate will be shortlisted upon his/her performance in the three selection stages of the SIDBI Exam 2024.
Stage 1- Phase 1 Examination (Common for All Streams/Grades)
Stage 2- Phase 2 Examination (Separate for General and Specialist Stream)
Stage 3- Interview
The final selection and ranking of the applicants for Grade A & B will be based on their performance in the Phase-II Examination and Interview.
SIDBI Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern:-
The phase 1 exam for SIDBI Recruitment 2024 is common for all streams and posts, however, the question varies in Stream Specific Tests.
NOTE:- There will be negative marking of ¼th mark (0.25 marks) for each incorrect answer.
How To Apply for SIDBI Grade A & B 2024:-
Step-1 Browse the official website of Small Industries Development Bank of India @www.sidbi.in
Step-II On the homepage, click on “Careers” appearing on the top and a new page appears with all the current recruitments.
Step-III Click on “Application for Assistant Manager ‘Grade-A’ in General Stream”.
Step-IV Now click on “SIDBI invites Applications for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’– General Stream and Grade ‘B’- General and Specialist Stream” and now click on the “Click here to apply online”.
Step-V Now candidates have to register for the application process, choose the tab, “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id.
Step-VI A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen
Step-VII Now login with the Registration Number and Password and start filling in the details required in SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Application Form 2024.
Step VIII Upload the required documents as per the required dimensions. Photograph (4.5 cm* 3.5 cm), signature (with black ink), left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink), a handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink).
Step-IX Pay the required application fee online and submit the duly filled application form much before the last date.
Salary After Selection:-
The basic salary of Assistant Manager is Rs. 44500 with a pay scale of 44500 – 2500(4) – 54500 – 2850(7) – 74450 -EB – 2850(4) – 85850 – 3300(1) – 89150 (17 years). The net SIDBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 1,00,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.
The basic salary of Assistant Manager is Rs. 55200 with a pay scale of 55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850 (2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750 (16 years). The net SIDBI Grade B salary is approx. Rs. 1,15,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.
